Our normal procedure for airports other than Gatwick is to have the driver wait just off the airport and contact you by mobile phone to arrange a “drive-by” pick-up - usually in the drop-off area for departures. But if you insist on meet and greet, we will be happy to provide it … Meet and greet We watch the airport arrivals information and aim to have our driver in the terminal 20 minutes after the expected landing time of the flight. If you have stated "hand baggage only", we will have our driver in the terminal at the expected landing time. Our driver will be waiting near the Airport Information desk displaying the name you have given. If you have not found our driver within a few minutes, phone our office on 020 8660 6666. There will be an additional charge for meet and greet.
